**Big Door staff assists in cleaning and overall support, but Renter is responsible for most cleaning, set-up and break down. Arrangements can be made for Big Door staff to handle ALL cleaning with an additional charge for extra staff.
Rental Pick-Up Times: We prefer all rentals and materials are picked up at the end of the event. However, we have limited space in our shipping container where you can store rentals and materials for pick-up by noon the following weekday.
