      To qualify for this event rental:

  •   your guest count must be under 75

  •   same day delivery & pick-up for event rentals

  •   limited to 2 site visits

  •   last 60min of event are reserved for cleanup 

   Rental Includes:

  • Super Supportive Staff - We make it EASY

    • One Support Staff included, during and after event

    • Big Door staff assists in cleaning and overall support throughout event and management of all BD owned property. Renter is responsible for most cleaning, set-up and break down of decorations and anything brought in by a third party. Arrangements can be made for Big Door staff to handle ALL cleaning with an additional charge for extra staff.

  • Modern kitchen with large prep area

    • One full-size refrigerator / freezer  combo available

  • DJ Ready Sound System and two wireless microphones

  • Security Host: $350 / 6 Hours

    • Required ​whenever there is alcohol being served. Additional Hours at $100/hr.

  • A/V Tech: $350​​

    • We provide the A/V equipment for free - we recommend an A/V Tech for managing any A/V request - otherwise we are not responsible for any A/V issues.

  • Additional Event Support Staff: $350

    • If you would like additional cleaning help​, we can provide an additional staff member to assist. 

  • Stage Risers: $150

    • 8'x4', 8'x8' or 4'x16' configurations. 12 or 18 inches off the ground with a black skirt.​

  • Pattern Light Projection (a.k.a. Gobo) Add-On: $200 each

    • ​Includes light, stand, sand bags and custom metal pattern.

    • Host will need to provide the design file for projection.

Event Times:


  • Event availability is 7 days a week, 7am- 12:00am. All events must stop 60 minutes before end time to allow for cleaning. All rentals are based on a 6-hour day. Overtime is available at $400/hour. We are able to open earlier than 7am at $150/hr.

  • All rentals and decorations must be picked up at the end of the event.
