• Big Door facility staff on-site during your event

• Two TV monitors in the Great Room for logos or slideshows

• Adjustable dance floor lighting, disco ball, and building-wide speakers

• No corkage fees for outside catering, food trucks, or vendors

• Security Host: $350 / 6 Hours

• Required ​whenever there is alcohol being served. Additional Hours at $100/hr.

• A/V Tech: $350​​

• We provide the A/V equipment for free - we recommend an A/V Tech for managing any A/V request - otherwise we are not responsible for any A/V issues.

• Additional Event Support Staff: $350

• If you would like additional cleaning help​, we can provide an additional staff member to assist. 

• Stage Risers: $150

• 8'x4', 8'x8' or 4'x16' configurations. 12 or 18 inches off the ground with a black skirt.​

• Pattern Light Projection (a.k.a. Gobo) Add-On: $200 each

• ​Includes light, stand, sand bags and custom metal pattern.

• Host will need to provide the design file for projection.
